growing up, was refused to go play outside
as my grandma would put it "you have everything in here"
ball. bicycles. dolls. and yours brothers and sisters (not siblings pe se)
but still there was a gap...
i wanted a friend, there was just need to belong.
be part of something, other than just my family
it did not just end there..\with age came the need o desire to be a relationship
to be wanted, to be loved, to be told u missed, and dearly loved
we do stupid things just for that, and i know there are things i did and hate
but ultimately, that is how we are wired
even when some people hurt us, we still want them
we still go back, and sometimes its our families even, but we so afraid to stand up for
our selves, defend our feelings for the fear of loosing our loved ones
i have seen lot of thongs, but never have i met one person who delights in being a loner
much as technology expands and develops, until social as we might seem, our updates and pictures
show us in a circle of one of the relationships.
love family friends
we get successful and acquire wealth, but the ultimate goal for both women and men
is to settle down, have a family
"share your blessings they will abide, share your sorrows they will be halved....author unknown"
"you can give without loving, but can never love without giving... unknown"
in every one of us, there lies the desire to belong, the need to be a part of something, that is why when people feel unwanted, isolated, alone, they take their lived. poor as we may be, uneducated, sad, ugly, whatever bad label can be put, BUT once the pain is shared its enough to overcome the negative stigma.
